Heads Above The Waves (HATW) is a non-profit organisation that raises awareness about self-harm and depression in young people by sharing creative and positive coping mechanisms.

Some of the older advice articles on their website don’t get so much love any more - from tips for managing anxiety to coming out as LGBTQ+ - but the material is still as solid as ever.

So HATW used the Visual Summary package and had me convert them into shareable graphics - not just Instagram posts but also printable posters for their shop.
