Live in Person
Live Event Illustration
In the room with you as your event unfolds. By the end of the day, you’ll have a high resolution visual memento for your guests to refer to, for years to come.

Live, in-person graphic recording for events, workshops and conferences
I attend events with my iPad in hand, capturing not just the key ideas and information, but how it actually felt to be there.
Because I work digitally, there’s a flexible scale of visibility. We can decide in advance whether I blend quietly into the room (so you can surprise your guests later), or share the visual summary as it comes together in real time on the big screen.
I track complex conversations as they unfold, noticing ideas as they build on one another, spotting connections, and weaving everything into a clear illustrated summary that our brains love to absorb.
And the best part? You can share it however you wish, whether that’s in a follow-up email, across social platforms, or even in print. I’ll take care of the formatting, you just hit send or post!

Live in Person
A service best suited to:
Workshops with fluid conversations; I can subtly move around while capturing a cross-section of ideas
Panel discussions and keynotes, distilling multiple voices or a single narrative into a clear visual story
Conferences and multi-session events, creating a live visual anchor that brings coherence across talks
Climate, environment, and sustainability events, my specialism! (I plan to make a whole page on this soon, watch this space)
Even less formal events like charity days and festivals can benefit from a visual snapshot of numerous activities
If you don’t see your event type here, but you think graphic recording could fit, I’m with you.
My take is, if ideas or information are shared, they deserve to be remembered, and graphic recording can give your guests the visual souvenir to support that.
What next?
I’d love to hear more about your event.
You can use the below scheduler to put a 15 minute intro call into our diaries.
I’ll ask you some questions, make some suggestions, and if you, like, work out a bespoke quote for your event. I’m also happy to make connections and learn more about what you do.
I look forward to meeting you.
