Whitechapel Gallery x Gasworks London - Visual Notes of Co-creation Workshops

Bringing together peers to share ideas on improving young people’s access to art, Whitechapel Gallery and Gasworks hosted a morning of open, exploratory discussions and collaborative exercises.

I moved between small groups, working discretely so as not to interrupt delicate thought processes, while visually capturing both the atmosphere of the session and the key themes as they emerged.

For me, this illustrates how graphic recording and visual note-taking can support workshops and facilitated conversations, synthesising complex ideas into a shared visual record that participants can return to long after the event.
